# Announcement About New Payment Mode of BTC: PPLNS

Dear Users,

In order to diversify miner’s payment mode needs, we are so happy to announce that SpiderPool’s BTC mining pool has added a PPLNS payment mode. The specific information is as follows:&#x20;

Payment Mode: PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares).

Mining Fee: 2%<br>

What is PPLNS?&#x20;

Rewards are calculated based on the pool’s actual block discovery, divided among miners according to their share contributions over the last N shares. Earnings are subject to the pool's luck and may fluctuate.Overall in the long run, PPLNS will have higher actual income due to lower rates.

New users will be automatically set to the PPLNS model by default, if you wish to switch to a different model, please send a request to our official email(<support@spiderpool.com>). Thank you for your continued support and trust! If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Sincerely,

&#x20;The SpiderPool Team

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://support.spiderpool.com/announcements/announcement-about-new-payment-mode-of-btc-pplns.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
