# Notice Regarding Mining Pool Connection Issues

Dear Miners,

Due to an issue with AWS services, mining machines are currently unable to connect to the SpiderPool mining pool or submit hashrate.
\
To minimize the impact on your mining earnings, please switch your mining machines to another pool for the time being. You may switch back to SpiderPool once AWS services are restored.
\
We are closely monitoring the progress of the AWS service recovery. We will issue an announcement immediately once services are back online, so please stay tuned for further updates.
\
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and appreciate your understanding and support.
