# Notice Regarding Risks Associated with Payout Addresses

Dear Miners,

Recently, due to adjustments in risk control strategies by certain trading platforms and changes in regulatory policies, payout addresses provided by some platforms may fail to receive transfers from the mining pool. This can result in failed payouts, delayed arrivals, or other irregularities.

To ensure the successful distribution of your mining earnings, please promptly verify that your currently linked payout address is active and capable of receiving transfers for the relevant cryptocurrency. We recommend using a wallet address where you personally control the private keys, or a stable, secure, and reliable address for receiving earnings.

Please be aware that if transfers cannot be received due to address restrictions, platform risk control measures, invalid addresses, or changes in platform rules, issues such as payout failures, delays, or irregularities may occur. To avoid disruptions to future earnings distributions, please keep your payout address information up to date and valid.

If you have any questions, please contact our official customer support team for assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://support.spiderpool.com/announcements/notice-regarding-risks-associated-with-payout-addresses.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
