# Service Restoration Notice

Connectivity issues affecting the mining pool—caused by AWS service disruptions—have now been resolved in some regions. SpiderPool’s North American and Asian regions have returned to normal operation; mining rigs can now connect and submit hashrate as usual.

Mining earnings affected by this incident have been paid out; please log in to your account to verify the receipt of funds.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this service disruption and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
