# About TxAccelerator

**What is transaction accelerator?**

In the Bitcoin network, every transaction is confirmed by miners. When the Bitcoin network is congested and transaction fees are too low, users’ transactions may take a long time to be included in a block. Using a Bitcoin transaction accelerator service can speed up transaction confirmation.

**When can I use a transaction accelerator?**

You can consider using a transaction accelerator in the following situations:

> Transaction confirmation delay: Due to severe network congestion, transaction confirmation takes longer than usual.
>
> Time-sensitive transactions: You want to confirm a transaction as quickly as possible. High-priority transactions: Transactions that require special attention due to their critical nature or urgency.

**Confirmation time for transaction accelerator?**

The confirmation time after the transaction is accelerated, depends on the speed of block generation, affected by the difficulty of the BTC network and the proportion of the computing power of the SpiderPool cooperative mining pools. The estimated time varies from minutes to hours.

**Can I cancel my acceleration request?**

Since the transaction acceleration cannot be revoked after submission, this service does not provide a refund service.

**What payment methods are currently supported for transaction accelerator?**

Currently, the supported payment method for transaction fees is USDT (ERC20)、BTC only.
