Referral Program
SpiderPool has launched a Referral Program. Users can invite friends to create an account through a referral link (or referral code) and connect to the hashrate to mine in SpiderPool. The inviter can get a certain percentage of the mining pool rate (10% or 20%) as a referral reward.
How to participate?
1. After logging in to your personal account, open [Dashboard] and click [Invite Now]
2. The current referral reward defaults to 10% of the mining pool rate. Copy the [Invite Link] or directly copy the personal referral code to share with friends, invite friends to join SpiderPool and connect to the hash rate.
3. Registration of friends and connecting them to the hash rate of SpiderPool. The mining pool will return according to the actual mining currency, settle daily and distribute the invitation commission to the corresponding fund account. The inviter can view the number of invited people, invitation rankings, total commissions obtained, invitation records and reward details on the invitation page.
Other questions:
1. What is the percentage of the mining pools’ referral reward? How to get a higher one?
The default reward ratio for the invitation reward is 10%. You can apply for an invitation upgrade to get a reward ratio of up to 20%.
2. In what coin is the mining pool referral reward settled?
The mining pool pays the referral reward based on the coin actually mined by the invitee.
3. When is the referral reward settled?
Referral reward is settled daily and paid to the inviter's fund account from 10:00 to 18:00 (UTC+8).
4. How to upgrade to become an agent to get higher rewards?
Please contact the official Telegram administrator account, or send an application by email to supoort@spiderpool.com.
5. How long will it take to become an agent?
After submitting all application information as required by the official application page, SpiderPool will review the application within 7 working days. Once the review is passed, SpiderPool will send you a confirmation email of the review and open an agent exclusive backend for you.
6. How to make referral reward after becoming an agent？
After becoming an agent SpiderPool will give you a personal explanation and introduce the use of the exclusive backend.
7. In what form are the agent's rewards issued?
Corresponding to the coin mining pool connected to the hash rate of the invited user, the platform will allocate 20% of the handling fee income obtained from the invited friends to the agent as a referral reward, which will be settled once a day and automatically issued to the agent's wallet by the system. The referral reward will be from 10:00 to 18:00 (UTC+8) every day, and the specific time of entry may be delayed.
8. Is there a limit on the agent's referral reward?
There is no limit on the agent's referral reward. The more users are invited and the greater the mining hashrate connected, the more rewards the agent will receive. However, if the commission is obtained by malicious methods, triggering the platform's risk control mechanism, it will be treated as a violation.
9. Is there a time limit for the referral reward for agent?
The effective period of the agents reward is upgraded to permanent.
10. Will there be any assessment requirements for becoming an agent?
Once you become a SpiderPool agent, it will be valid forever, and the specific assessment requirements will be determined according to the official statement.
11. Under what circumstances will there be no reward?
No reward includes: the recommended user is not a new registered user, or the recommended user is a new registered user but has no effective hash rate; invalid reward refers to illegal operations, which are determined by the system to trigger risk control interception, for example, the recommended person and the agent are the same person, etc.
12. What should I do if I can't get more help from the help center?
You can send your request to SpiderPool's official email support@spiderpool.com, or submit a work order, and our staff will answer your questions as soon as possible.
Referral Rules
1. Only users that successfully sign up with your referral link (or referral code) are counted as your referrals.
2. If the referred friend has multiple sub-accounts that are all connected hashrates for mining, the referrer will get the referral reward from all these sub-accounts.
3. There is NO upper limit on the number of referred users. The more referees with hashrates on the pool, the more referral rewards for the referrers.
4. The validity period starts when the referred users sign up and the referral reward will only be allocated within 1 year. When you are an agent, the validity of Agent Referral is permanent.
5. Referral rewards will be settled at 0:00 (UTC) on a daily basis, and there may be a payment delay. Please refer to the referral page for the actual referral ratio.
6. Our system will conduct periodical security checks on SpiderPool accounts and cancel the referral reward for malicious registrations.
7. SpiderPool reserves the right of final explanation for adjusting referral rules.
