Official Website White Paper Block Explorer
The concept of Bitcoin was initially designed and released as open-source software following the ideas of Satoshi Nakamoto, and it is a form of virtual encrypted digital currency built on its P2P network. Bitcoin utilizes the SHA256 encryption algorithm, with a total supply of 21 million, producing a block every 10 minutes and halving the rewards every 210,000 blocks. Currently, most mining pools distribute block rewards to users, as well as the transaction fees from within the block to the miners.
